CIP3 support

Using the same ripped files used for proofing, Blackmagic can export CIP3 files. These can be used by printing presses to automatically set ink densities for a print run. Both version 2.0 and 3.0 are supported. All plates, including any spot colours, are exported. Using ripped files ensures the density profile is more accurate and consistent than that produced from contone postscript data.
