Deimposing large jobs

Normally you would output large imposed jobs on a large format inkjet proofer. What happens if the only available high quality proofer is 2UP? You can easilly take advantage of it by using a deimposition template. The job will be split into smaller pages acoording to the template and each page will be sent to the small format proofer.

8up fully imposed proofs can be proofed onto single, two or 4 page proofing devices. Users can define page sequences manually or let them be generated automatically.

Making imposition templates:

  • manual entry to describe any imposition
  • DynaStrip file import
  • JDF file import
  • Krause file import
  • Preps file import
