Features for Flexo printing

  • Proofs can be produced from software screening RIPs (HR screened bit-maps) that show DOT growth, from the original HR bit-maps, using RDT technology
  • Proofs from unscreened rips ie: CT / LW formats or PostScript files or PDF (Acrobat 4.0) showing DOT growth using SuperCell halftone screening in conjunction with RDT technology
  • Since many Flexo jobs contain multiple colours, any plate can be assigned any colour
  • Both line work and text elements will reflect the special / spot colours used
  • When using SuperCell halftone screening, multiple screening frequencies of more than 4 can be produced onto inkjet or CT based proofing devices.
  • Any separation can be defined with it's own screen ruling, dot shape, and screen angle
