Margins centering and cropping

Margins centering and cropping can be used to adjust the final printed image. For example you could crop white space from the page to allow fitting it on a smaller sheet and waste less paper. These features are also used to seemlesly support many of the double sided proofers available today.

These settings are available:

  • Right margin
  • Left margin
  • Top margin
  • Bottom mragin

  • Margins are great for adjusting for different double sided work flows, ie. work and turn where the imposition for each side is not symmetrical.

  • Crop right
  • Crop left
  • Crop top
  • Crop bottom

  • Cropping is a great way to save paper as a lot of jobs tend to have a large whitespace around them. You can even crop out the regisration marks to futher save paper.

  • Centre horizontally
  • Centre vertically

  • Centering can be used to place a page in the middle of the paper so that the other side of the page can be backed up on double sided proofers.
