Mailing Lists Help
The mailing list tool has been enhanced.
If you are not familiar with using mailing lists directly you can use our tool to manage your subscriptions.
Click on one of the available actions to see how you can use it:
- Subscribe to a list
- Unsubscribe from a list
- Change to only receive a digest
- Change to receive all messages
- Change your password
Subscribe to a list
Subscribing to a list allows you to receive new messages. You will receive a mail message confirming your subscription details. You need to supply options for all of the following:

Mailing lists
Select all the lists you want to subscribe to. You need to select at least one list.

Mailbox traffic
If you select "Receive all messages" you will receive a mail message for each message posted on the list. Selecting the "Digest-only" option reduces the amount of messages you receive. You still get all the information but it is in the form of a larger single message every so often. You have to select one or the other

Your email
The messages from the list will be sent to the address you supply here. You must supply one.

Your password
You need to supply a password that is at least 5 characters long. You can later use the password to change your list settings.
Unsubscribe from a list
You can cancel your subscription from the lists at any time. When you cancel your subscription you will receive a mail message acknowledgement. You need to supply options for all of the following:

Select all the lists you want to unsubscribe from. You need to select at least one list.

Your email
The email address used when you subscribed to the lists.

Your password
Your current password.
Change to only receive a digest
If you are receiving too many mail messages you can change your subscription so you only receive a digest. The digest contains all the messages posted within a period of time. This way you both keep informed and your mailbox does not receive too many messages. When you change to a digest-only subscription you will receive a mail message acknowledgement. You need to supply options for all of the following:

Select all the lists you want whose subscription you want to change to digest. You need to select at least one list.

Your email
The email address used when you subscribed to the lists.

Your password
Your current password.
Change to receive all messages
If the digest option is not what you wanted, you can change back to receive messages as they are posted. When you change your subscription to receive all messages you will receive a mail message acknowledgement. You need to supply options for all of the following:

Select all the lists for which you want to change your password. You need to select at least one list.

The email address used when you subscribed to the lists.

Your password
Your current password.
Change your password
If you need to change your password for any reason you can do it here. When you change your password you will receive a mail message acknowledgement. You need to supply options for all of the following:

Select all the lists you want to subscribe to. You need to select at least one list.

Your email
The email address used when you subscribed to the lists.

Your password
Your current password.

New password
The new password. It must be 5 characters or longer.
