Change to only receive a digest

Choosing the digest-only option will reduce the amount of mail you receive from the lists. You can change back to receiving all messages at any time.

Changing your settings to receive all messages from the list means you will receive each message as soon as it is posted. If you find that this option fills up your mailbox, you can change to the digest-only mode to receive just a collection of messages periodically.
