There are two new de-screening modes that can be selected from the de-screening menu on the pagesetup.These are fast 2 and D-Dot.
Fast 2 is similar to Fast de-screening but gives much better quality without moire. It is approximately 80% the quality of RDT but between 60% and 100% faster.
D-Dot is a de-screening function that removes the halftone dots. To select either of these modes, go to the de-screening section of the pagesetup and select them from the pull down list.
