Product Support & Lifecycle Policy

Each major release of Serendipity Blackmagic, Serendipity Megarip, and Veripress is supported from its general availability date. Only the current release receives all updates, enhancement patches, and bug fixes. Previous releases within the support window remain eligible for technical support, but do not receive further updates or patches. Once a version reaches end-of-life, it is no longer eligible for technical support of any kind.

If your version has reached end-of-life, Serendipity Software is unable to provide technical support until you have upgraded. Upgrading to the current release restores full entitlement to updates, patches, bug fixes, and technical support.
